A tropical coffee cocktail made with rum, LAVA Mocha Syrup, and LAVA Piña Colada Mix. Creamy, smooth, and full of coconut-chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz light or dark rum

  • 1 oz LAVA Mocha Syrup

  • 1 oz LAVA Piña Colada Mix

  • 2 oz cold brew or strong iced coffee

  • 1 oz coconut milk or cream of coconut

  • Garnish: toasted coconut flakes or cocoa powder

  • Ice: cubed or crushed

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add rum, LAVA Mocha Syrup, LAVA Piña Colada Mix, coffee, and coconut milk.

  3. Shake well until chilled and frothy.

  4. Strain into a tall glass over ice.

  5. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes or a dusting of cocoa powder.

Notes

• Sub vodka for a lighter flavor or espresso martini-style twist.
• Add whipped cream for a dessert presentation.
