Instructions

Add gin, LAVA Concord Transfusion Mix, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.

Shake briefly until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or flute.

Top with champagne or prosecco.

Garnish with a lemon twist or a skewer of fresh grapes.
Notes
• Use prosecco for a fruitier, rounder flavor.
• Add a drop of vanilla for a softer, warmer finish.
• Try vodka instead of gin for a cleaner, neutral base.
