Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 1 oz LAVA Premium Cranberry Cosmopolitan Mix
• 1 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees)
• 2–3 whole lychees (fresh or canned)
• 2 oz prosecco
• 1 oz soda water (optional, for lighter float)
• Garnish: lychee + fresh rosemary or lime wheel
• Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Add gin, LAVA Cranberry Cosmopolitan Mix, and lychee juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake lightly just to chill.

  3. Strain into a wine glass or spritz glass over fresh ice.

  4. Add lychees to the glass.

  5. Top with prosecco.

  6. Add soda water if you prefer a lighter spritz.

  7. Garnish with rosemary or a lime wheel.

Notes

• Use elderflower gin for a floral boost.
