A sweet-tart Lemon Drop Martini made with vodka, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and finished with the LAVA Lemon Drop Sugar Rim.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix

  • ½ oz LAVA Triple Sec Syrup

  • Garnish: lemon wheel or twist

  • Rim: LAVA Lemon Drop Sugar

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

 

  1. Rim a chilled martini glass with LAVA Lemon Drop Sugar.

  2. Fill a shaker with ice, vodka, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, and triple sec.

  3. Shake until well chilled.

  4. Strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.

Notes

  • For extra tartness, add ½ oz fresh lemon juice.

  • Use citrus vodka for a bolder lemon profile.

  • Chill the glass ahead of time for best presentation.
