Ingredients
2 oz tequila (silver or reposado)
½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (or light grapefruit soda)
½ oz fresh lime juice
Top with soda water
Garnish: grapefruit wedge or lime wheel
Ice: cubed
Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add tequila, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.

Shake briefly and pour into a glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.
Notes
• Use sparkling grapefruit water for extra fizz.
• Add a salted rim for a classic Paloma touch.
