A low-calorie, sugar-free Paloma made with tequila, grapefruit, and LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup. Crisp, tart, and under 130 calories.

Ingredients

2 oz tequila (silver or reposado)

½ oz LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup

2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (or light grapefruit soda)

½ oz fresh lime juice

Top with soda water

Garnish: grapefruit wedge or lime wheel

Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add tequila, LAVA Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.

  3. Shake briefly and pour into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.

Notes

• Use sparkling grapefruit water for extra fizz.
• Add a salted rim for a classic Paloma touch.
