A cozy, citrus-cranberry Paloma made with LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Paloma Mix and LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup for a warm, seasonal twist.

Ingredients

• 2 oz tequila blanco
• 2 oz cranberry juice (100% juice or cocktail)
• 1 oz LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Paloma Mix
• 1/4 oz LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Top with ginger beer or soda water (2–3 oz)
• Garnish: sugared cranberries and rosemary sprig
• Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice.

  2. Add tequila, cranberry juice, LAVA Paloma Mix, LAVA Spiced Demerara Syrup, and lime juice.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Top with ginger beer for warmth or soda water for a lighter version.

  5. Garnish with sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig.

  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

• Use reposado tequila for a deeper, oakier fall flavor.
• Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra spice.
• To make sugared cranberries, roll fresh cranberries in simple syrup then in granulated sugar.
