A bold, fruity sangria made with red wine, brandy, LAVA Premium Sour Mix, and citrus. Smooth, colorful, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry red wine (750 ml — Tempranillo, Merlot, or Cabernet)

  • ½ cup brandy

  • ½ cup LAVA Premium Sour Mix

  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • 2 tbsp LAVA Simple Syrup

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries or mixed berries

  • Top with club soda (optional, before serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine wine, brandy, LAVA Sour Mix, orange juice, and LAVA Simple Syrup.

  2. Add all sliced fruit and stir gently.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight for deeper flavor).

  4. Before serving, stir again and top with club soda for light sparkle.

  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fruit.

Notes

• Chill Time: 2–8 hours
• Sub white wine for a lighter version.
• Add cinnamon or fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.
