  1. Add LAVA Strawberry Mix, LAVA Vanilla Syrup, LAVA Piña Colada Mix, coconut cream, and rum (optional) to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake briefly until chilled and creamy.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass.

  4. Top with champagne or prosecco.

  5. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a light coconut or vanilla sugar rim if desired.

Notes

• Use prosecco for a fruitier finish; use brut champagne for a crisp finish.
• Make it lighter by swapping coconut cream for coconut milk.
• Add a drop of almond extract for a “strawberries & cream” dessert version.
