Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum

• 1 oz LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix

• ½ oz LAVA Simple Syrup (optional, for balance)

• ½ tsp activated charcoal (for color)

• Garnish: lime wheel or LAVA dehydrated lime

• Ice: cubed

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add rum, LAVA Sweet & Sour Mix, LAVA Simple Syrup, and activated charcoal.

3. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks or highball glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a lime wheel or LAVA dehydrated lime slice.
