A chocolatey twist on the classic Espresso Martini made with vodka, LAVA Espresso Martini Mix, and chocolate liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 2 oz LAVA Espresso Martini Mix

  • ½ oz chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva, crème de cacao, or Mozart Dark)

  • ½ oz LAVA Simple Syrup (optional, for extra sweetness — classic or sugar-free)

  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans + chocolate shavings or cocoa dust

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add vodka, LAVA Espresso Martini Mix, chocolate liqueur, and optional LAVA Syrup.

  3. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or shaved chocolate.

Notes

  • Swap vodka for dark rum for a deeper, dessert-like flavor.

  • For a dairy-free option, use crème de cacao clear or a splash of chocolate bitters.

  • Serve with chocolate truffles for an elevated pairing.
