A smoky, spicy take on the Bloody Mary made with mezcal and LAVA Bloody Mary Mix, rimmed with chili-salt for extra kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz mezcal (or tequila for less smoke)

  • 4 oz LAVA Bloody Mary Mix

  • Garnish: lime wedge, celery stick, chili pepper

  • Rim: LAVA chili-lime salt or LAVA Habanero & Honey Rimmer

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. Rim a tall glass with chili-lime salt.

  2. Fill with ice cubes.

  3. Add mezcal and LAVA Bloody Mary Mix.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Garnish with lime wedge, celery stick, and chili pepper.

Notes

  • Swap mezcal for tequila if you want less smoke.

  • Add bacon or pickled veggies for an elevated garnish.
