A cozy and sparkling fall whiskey cocktail with cinnamon, warm sweetness, and refreshing bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon or whiskey

  • ¾ oz LAVA Nectar Syrup

  • 1–2 dashes ground cinnamon or cinnamon bitters

  • Top with ginger ale or soda water (3–4 oz)

  • Garnish: orange peel + cinnamon stick

  • Ice: cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball or rocks glass with ice.

  2. Add bourbon and LAVA Nectar Syrup.

  3. Add a dash of cinnamon or cinnamon bitters.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Top with ginger ale for sweeter / soda water for lighter.

  6. Garnish with an expressed orange peel and a cinnamon stick.

• Ginger ale = sweeter, cozier version.
• Soda water = lighter, clean, and bright.
