A warm and spiced espresso martini featuring chai, vanilla, and LAVA Espresso Martini Mix. Perfectly cozy, smooth, and fall-forward.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 2 oz LAVA Espresso Martini Mix

  • 1 oz chai concentrate (or strong brewed chai tea, cooled)

  • ½ oz LAVA Vanilla Syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

  • Garnish: dusting of cinnamon or 3 coffee beans

  • Ice: cubed

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, LAVA Espresso Martini Mix, chai concentrate, and optional LAVA Vanilla Syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon sprinkle or 3 coffee beans.

Notes

• Use dirty chai concentrate for a stronger cinnamon + clove flavor.
• Add a splash of cream for a latte-style version (super cozy).
