A warm and cozy twist on the classic whiskey sour, made with LAVA Premium Sour Mix and real maple syrup for a smooth, autumn-spiced finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon or whiskey

  • 2 oz LAVA Premium Sour Mix

  • ½ oz pure maple syrup

  • Optional: 1 egg white (for a silky foam)

  • Garnish: orange slice or expressed orange peel + cinnamon stick

  • Ice: cubes for shaking

Instructions

  1. Add bourbon, LAVA Premium Sour Mix, and maple syrup into a shaker.
  2. If using egg white, dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to froth.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks or coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist and a cinnamon stick.

Notes

• Use a higher-proof bourbon for a richer sip.
• Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for seasonal flair.
• Skip the egg white for a lighter, brighter version.
