A bright, bubbly Paloma variation made with LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Paloma Mix, tequila, and champagne. Crisp, citrusy, and festive.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz tequila blanco

  • 2 oz LAVA Ruby Red Grapefruit Paloma Mix

  • 1/2 oz lime juice (optional)

  • Top with champagne or prosecco (3–4 oz)

  • Garnish: grapefruit peel, lime wheel, or rosemary sprig

  • Rim: salt or Tajín (optional)

  • Ice: none (served up or over one large cube)

Instructions

  1. Rim a coupe or wine glass with salt or Tajín if desired.

  2. Add tequila, LAVA Ruby Red Paloma Mix, and optional lime juice to a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake briefly until chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or into a wine glass over one large cube.

  5. Top with champagne or prosecco.

  6. Garnish with grapefruit peel, lime wheel, or rosemary sprig.

Notes

• Use brut champagne for a crisp, less sweet finish.
• Champagne can be swapped for prosecco for a fruitier version.
• Add one drop of vanilla for a softer holiday twist.
